Host Community Qualification Criteria

- Hold a National Senior Certificate earned within the host community.
Basic Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be South African citizens aged between 18 and 34 years.
- Be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Be currently unemployed and have no previous formal work experience.
- Be willing to work underground and/or in surface risk areas, including:
- Rotational shifts
- Extended working hours when required
- Be able to meet all pre-employment checks, including:
- Qualification and security clearances
- Relevant assessments
- Medical fitness certification from the Gold Fields Occupational Health Centre
