Overview of the 2026 Regulatory Internship

The internship aims to support the Africa Middle East (AME) Regulatory Teams by managing data, supporting compliance processes, and ensuring that regulatory documentation meets internal and external standards.

Interns will work within a cross-functional environment, interacting with internal departments, global support teams, field contractors, product development specialists, and regulatory authorities. The role is hybrid, offering a balance of remote work and structured in-office collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Interns will support a wide range of regulatory, administrative and technical activities, including:

1. Technical Database Management

• Input and maintain data for crop protection products.
• Use regulatory systems including RaCE and Netdocuments.
• Ensure all product information is accurate, updated and aligned with regulatory timelines.

2. Regulatory & Administrative Support

• Assist Country Regulatory Managers with documentation, reports and coordination tasks.
• Support artwork coordinators through proofreading and label updates.
• Manage Safety Data Sheet (SDS) requests and product information updates.

3. Procurement & Invoicing Coordination

• Create purchase orders for external contractors.
• Coordinate contractor invoicing to ensure timely payments.
• Process regulatory fee invoices submitted to authorities for residue trials and related regulatory activities.

4. Artwork and Commercial Support

• Assist with the creation and updating of product labels.
• Provide support in updating commercial brochures with regulatory information.

5. Internal & External Liaison

• Work with research and development (R&D) teams for technical product data.
• Communicate with field contractors to confirm regulatory fee payments and trial requirements.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal regulatory queries.
